Step
1
Complete the Personal Profile Application; we need to understand
your financial strengths and goals before we grant your franchise.
Step
2
We will present your profile application to our Executive Committee.
One of our franchise representatives will contact you to discuss
your objectives and plans. If your application is approved, we will
provide you with a Franchise Disclosure Document, commonly
referred to as a "FDD"
Step
3
The FDD contains copies of contracts, expenses, our financial statements
and detailed information about the Frullati franchise and the Company.
Step
4
Contact your franchise representative with any questions you have
regarding the information contained in the FDD.
Step 5
You may be asked to submit a Business Plan to the Executive Committee
for your proposed franchise. Upon review of your plan, the Executive
Committee will schedule a final interview with the Committee at
the corporate office. You should be prepared to discuss any issues
you still do not understand or which may be of concern to you. Your
franchise representative will inform you if you have been awarded
a Frullati Café.
Step
6
Your next step is to secure a location! In many cases the location
has already been secured beforehand. If not, we can assist you in
your search.
Step
7
Training will be scheduled as close as possible to the date upon
which you begin operating your Frullati Café. Corporate representatives
will assist you during your store opening and ensure that all store
activities are moving forward smoothly.
This website and the
information contained herein does not constitute the offer or sale
of a franchise. The offer and sale of a franchise can only be made
through the delivery and receipt of a Frullati Franchise Systems,
Inc. Franchise Disclosure Document("FDD"). There are certain states
that require the registration of a FDD before the Franchisor can
advertise or offer the franchise in that state. Kahala Franchise Corp. may not be registered in all of those registration
states and may not offer franchises to residents of those states
or to persons wishing to locate a franchise in those states.
